WOW!!! IF that guy wasn't lying about having 10 thousand miles under his belt, they must have all been interstate miles. If that guy doesn't improve fast, he will become another statistic!!! He must be a doctor, every future doctor I was in graduate school with could NOT follow basic directions and never seemed to be able to listen. They had the attitude that they knew it all and nobody could teach them anything. Hahahaha. If I was a LEO and saw him ride like that, I would be certain that he must be drunk and pull him over. Kudos for him trying, but to spend Harley money on something he can't even ride…I just hope he finally got it figured out one way or the other.
Back in 2006 took a riders class, never even rode a cycle in my life. Had little Honda 250 in class, after a week got my license and bought a 2002 Harley Davidson Wide Glide. Yes was a bit intimidated with size but practiced and had no problems.
Call me crazy but the 1st and 3rd exercise doesn't seem hard really but it could just be the camera angle

I'd say, don't feel bad. I've seen long time riders pull up to a gas pump and fall over with their bike because they forgot to put the kickstand down. And it's always some heavy ass dresser.

I have to ask myself, is this real? Growing up around bikes, I guess I could see how some riders never could ride well and I always attributed it to their lack of pushing it but maybe some people are just not cut out for it.

I can't watch videos like this! This is just another guy probably a dentist that has more money than brains I grew up in a huge motorcycle family and my first bike was a Kawasaki Spectra 550 I could have had my brother's goldwing for free but I know I needed to start small it was just common sense now I'm stupid and everything else but two things that I respect is motorcycles and tractor trailers I don't drive my truck reckless or my motorcycle shit I just realized this post sounds like an ohmage to myself! (I hate when that happens)
man i remember my test so nervous i used a 550 suzukiguy cycle just perfect..i practiced alot before going..the only prob my instructerssaying do this and then sometimes didnt get it..repeat that..and hge said if your foot touches ground thats a point so dont let it happen,,i think they are instructers who really want to help and some dont,,,good luck
In Italy being able to do perform that very simple circle is requiired to have the license.

if i had the money id come take your class ive been riding a sport 883 stage 1 tune and i took the Harley class ive rode dirt bikes all my life but the 540 pounds of my bike had me at first im a skinny guy 150 pounds and i want something that my wife can ride with me without her back hurting and 850 still keeps me from buying a bigger bike not that i cant maneuver it but if anything happened i cant pick it back up
