Hey! Thanks for making this video. I recently got a recumbent bicycle that looks similar to yours. I'm trying to learn the best way to mount it, since it has under seat steering that isn't exactly under the seat. I feel like I have to sit on the handlebar and slide back into the seat. Maybe the angle of the bar is set incorrectly… although it looks right…
It was nice seeing how you stopped and stood up, because again it seems like the bar is under my legs and may make reaching the ground difficult. There don't seem to be a lot of videos with this style of recumbent bicycle. (or perhaps I'm not searching the right words)

I have a Haluzak Horizon. I love riding recumbents. One thing you didn't mention is you have a lot more torque as you can push against the seat where on a conventional bike you can only push your weight. This makes hill climbing or acceleration easier. Recumbents are a lot of fun!
