    Pain – O – Kill tablet –

These are the herbal tablets made up of Jyotishmati (Celastrus paniculatus), Devdaru (Cedrus deodara), Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata), etc. The tablet is very beneficial in reducing stiffness, pain, tenderness, etc. CAC Pain o kill tablet is ayurvedic and purely herbal formulation. It help to relax your muscles and muscles cramps thus relieving pain. It balances all the three doshas of your body thus maintaining proper blood circulation. It provides soothing effect to the affected area of pain. It contains various herbs like Jivanti, Musta, Usher, Bilwa, Shatavri and Kantakari. All these herbs are natural pain relievers.

I’ve had spondylolisyhesis since I was about 25. It’s from a fracture I had when I was 10 years old.
I think it’s causing posture problems that’s causing compensations throughout my body. I’ve done everything under the sun to find some solutions but haven’t found anything consistent

well that's all they have found after 6-7 months of trying to figure out what is happening, but don't know if it's the real reason. but from what the doc showed me on my CT scan it looks very mild compared to photos i've seen online.
can this condition cause u to lose weight also? I've had pain in the T9-T12 area for just over 10 yrs and could never get answers to my pain. I have stiff lower back since the age of 25 but it was on and off, depending on how much sitting I did. many hours spent behind a computer as a graphic artist. I had my kidney check bcuz i kept thinking it was my kidney and actually did have small stone forming at one point and had to release them (not fun). but I suddenly started having joint pain one day last august when i got home from work. started in my right elbow then over the course of one and half weeks it spread to my other elbow, then shoulders then wrists and fingers then by the third and fourth week having internal pains burning in the stomach, liver and gallbladder areas and also pains in my chest around my heart along with palpitations/racing at times. by the third month my pains were so severe and i started having digestive issues and then suddenly started losing weight and slowly getting weaker. now over the last 4-5 months since Nov I've lost about 30lbs of muscle. I seem to be experiencing extreme nerve pain and weakness in my arms mostly left. it seems to be coming from my neck. whenever my pain starts in my neck my arms get worse, especially when i try to sleep. the inflammation seems to be spreading everywhere along my entire spine now.
I was told this is supposed to be a slow spreading disease and it was obviously in the beginning stages of a few yrs for me but I was still active and fit. what I'm trying to figure out and can't get answers from docs about is what suddenly triggered this onset of pain and inflammation or autoimmune response? and why is it suddenly progressing so fast in a matter of 6-7 months, eating my body away. It's like it has stopped absorbing all nutrients or most nutrients. I've never had loss of appetite or fever or severe diarrhea although i've had it a few times but never more than two days. maybe 4-5 times over the last 3-4 months. I've tried a cpl 3 days fasts with no improvements, not even pain. I'm doing breathing techniques (whim hoff) which seemed to help a little surprisingly. It feels like something viral or parasitic is involved the way this is moving through my body's systems. the nervous and digestive system being affected the most. well i guess the nervous system controls the digestive system so that may also be another issue. they say it's not a deadly disease but this is scaring me bcuz of the pains in my heart area and in my head. stinging burning headaches unlike anything I've ever felt. again maybe nerves. this feels like someone came and flipped a switch off in my body and everything is shutting down. fine one day and literally just start falling apart the next !

  6. Chronicles of Laura says:

I have scoliosis that has been fused since age 15 and degenerative disc disease. I can’t do the lifting head/crunches. I’ve been bed bound for a few days now because of my issues. Trying to do exercises in bed to help. I’m good at the core stuff (except crunches) but my issue currently is being able to stand up. I can just about walk/waddle hunched over. I can’t seem to straighten my lumbar. Any exercises for that?

  7. Jenna M says:

When I was 18, For some reason, I couldn’t do a dead lift. I should’ve stopped back bending .. gymnastics then. Now I’m 34 and Spondylolisthesis grade 2, my life goal is not to have the spine fusion surgery

  8. Al-rashid Abubakar says:

I came to watch this video because of my moms condition having thoracolumbar spondylosis. She slipped on the floor and never complain the pain until it worsen, now she won’t be able to sit due to a pain that she felt on her back like a cut of a knife. I’m so sad about her. Is there any chances that she can sit again?

  9. Candise Smith says:

The pain is on my left side when I extend but it goes all the way up my spine it hurts to move my neck to the left or even raise arm and stretch my back. It started when I bent over to plug something in the wall.
