A+
My shoulder was so bad I had a Reverse total shoulder replacement. Still hurts.
I have a recent rotator cuff pain/injury which I an seeing my doctor about but this video was great. Easy to understand and follow. Very well done and thanks for making it. Oh, and a BIG thumbs up.
#medicalmedicoz saying thank you for creating this video
Excellent to this explains for this subject ❤❤❤

Very very useful i had been 10 years learning anatomy and this is the first time understanding r c
Great clarity, now I won't forget the origin, insertion and nerve supplies ever again…
The groovy feet collectively grate because cell grossly saw via a sad toy. selective, internal plough
I kinda wish my physio had gone this far into it. I've been doing my exercises (properly) for about 2 weeks. It's still a bit shit and my shoulder still hurts, but it is definitely having a positive effect on my neck pain! Not sure exactly how the neck pain is caused and I'd really like to know.
this was very helpful. thankyou
I suffer with my shoulders and your video has done more to explain the dynamics than anyone I’ve ever met in the pursuit of a solution. Yesterday, my Son tore his trapezius in the middle of his back, so I’ve subscribed and hope to find what he needs within your video portfolio. Many thanks
I wish I had this when I was PT school (25 years ago). This would have helped so much; regardless, excellent video !
volume too low
I’m an LMT for 21 years. Best rotator cuff tutorial, will send this to my clients. Incredible video, thank you!
Condition of the rotator cuff is dictated by the strength and resonant frequency of the throat chakra. tune your throat and strength returns. 639 hz is the sound frequency. light blue is the colour that harmonizes with the sound. and don't let them inject you with sh*t.
Nothing to do with the voice mate…I'm here to learn..
They sell em in South America $17k
Superlative!
Excellent video. Thanks
Where did you get this 3D ?!
Excellent narration and super presentation simple and clear.
3:06 and 4:17 are the same. So infraspinatus and teres minor provide the EXACT same movement (external rotation)? Or does one provide a range(s) of movements the other does not, and if so how?
Very instructive . Thank you very much .
Good video. I only wish it would have shown an external rotation and how it avoids impingement.
Excellent!
Wow
Excellent, thank you !
Such a great video! Thanks
Man, wish I'd have lifted correctly when I was younger, then my 'cuffs would be in much better shape… Always tuck and never flare… I still do some krazi things at may age, but lifting heavy is not on that list anymore
Pls check MBST therapy for restoring rotator cuff wear and tear to avoid surgical replacement
Really helpful, especially in 3D. Now all I need is to find a good physio near me (thanks to COVID lockdown travel limits)
GREAT explanation – simple and to the point! thank you very much
Really amazing
Thank you
Very pedagogical, superbly illustrated with clear, articulate voice, and moderate speed of speech, and explanations of the Latin expressions, that makes this video a precious tool for understanding the rotator cuff disorders. Great to use in class for first year OT and sports sciences students! Hats off to this EXCELLENT video. Please, more of that.
I'm suffering of frozen shoulder for 2years, this video give me a clear description of the anatomy of the shoulder. Thank you!
This is an award winning video, very well understood than my big text book
Great video! I have pain in shoulder when I reach left hand back pocket.
So pain comes one of these rotator cuffs but what?
I can lift my hand over head but if I do press behind neck with bar(or stick) it hurts.
Not at all press front overhead?
Some streching hurts too.
So what muscle? I got one cortisone it is better but not painless.
I can sleep with it.
Awesome. The explanation with multiple angle of animation makes the whole introduction crystal clear!!
Excellent information. Thanks
Hats off to you Sir! – Best Anatomy vids on the web!
Enjoyed this! Showing the muscle functions for each is really helpful
