It's important to know that ALL matcha products are good from a health viewpoint.
The ratings 'better' or 'best' are about artistic values –taste, fragrance, appearance.
Sad truth is it tastes like weeds pulled out with the roots and blended. Like everyrting coming out of Japan, it's overhyped, overpriced and generally disgusting. But some idiots higher than themselves will always buy that crap thinking they are so much more cultured than the rest of the plebs…

None of these had the froth like in the preview image. She just “mixed” them, didn’t whisk them up to the right consistency.

Also, usually one measure of the bamboo spoon for a (normal-sized) cup is enough.

Ugh, you use ceremonial grade for lattes? Nothing wrong with using matcha for lattes, but you are you certainly aren't doing it for taste, you're doing it for the health benefits and caffeine, so just use a decent summer harvest, or 'culinary grade'. Not only will it save money, you can use more for the same amount of caffeine, and you will actually get more antioxidants since the nutritional profile doesn't actually diminish with grades. Using 'ceremonial grade' for anything besides straight tea is a waste of money, it's like using Montrachet to make a wine spritzer. It's the kind of thing where even if you have the money to do it, it's still just tacky.
