Maybe you and dr berg can do a
Video on vitamin and mineral that’s needed for people on the American diet there so much out there and really don’t know what’s good for you or bad
Mycelium contains no real benefit to the actual cordyceps mushroom. That's disappointing to see that they took something pretty much useless and tried to sell it.
No matter how healthy we eat or how much we exercise…we all gonna die one day
Yes I'm brand new to your Channel was looking for a good vitamin C supplement at Costco you said it's better to take it in food form but I kind of wanted to find something in a supplement vitamin Super C you said was pretty good and of course the B12 I've been taking but it's the cherry flavored tablets hopefully that's okay and the D3 gummies not a bunch of sugar wrapped around it I do like my gummies I hope that these Brands will be okay for me
Hi, love your channel, I am 72 years old, female. Can u please tell me currently what I am taking it’s OK, Garden of life vitamin code raw D3 50mcg , Salmon fish oil 1000mg and Calcium citrate magnesium and zinc ( I know u mentioned to avoid it) And I got Natural Life Labs vitamin C + multi -system immune defense 1700mg. What about adding Zinc on top of all those I’m taking? Please advice, thank you.
Garden of Life Vitamin Code is one of the best quality multi-vitamins I have seen so far !!!
Darn, I thought you were gonna spotlight the Kirkland Super B-Complex, and you just did B-12 🙁
Hey, just to let you all know… I went ahead and subscribed to Thrive Market and bought some things from them and well, first of all you need a membership, but they offer you a free gift. Watch that word 'offer' because yea, you guessed it, I didn't receive mine (A $40.00 bottle of supplements that was not showing as sold out or anything. It was absolutely available and in my order when I checked out.) to offset the $60.00 cost of membership. Then, I tried to let them know but, guess what… Their customer service/support system, is a bot. They pawn it off as 24 hr. support but it's all automated and defaults you to their faqs. A complete waste of time anyway as, you know it, you ain't returnin' nothin to these folks cause yep, that's their policy.
Can we see some good vitamins with folate?
Love these videos
What do you thing about Swanson, made in USA supplements?! What can you said about their reputation? Sorry for my English language mistakes, mister!
Thanks for these two vitamins & supplements videos. Have you broken down where to focus your time and money? Like: Essentials, Important, Nice-to-have, Master Level? For me, focusing on essential lifestyle and diet changes is nearly free (stop doing x, start doing y). Vitamins & Supplements may fall between Important and Nice-to-have. Master Level is really for those few with money and time to go "ALL IN". Thx!
Have you ever done a video on the Human supplements like Super Beets powder and heart chews?
What do you recommend for a daily Multi-vitamin? Thank you for your input
What happened to the magnesium….?
You didn't mention the Magnesium Citrate 250mg at $19.99 for 180 soft gel that they have at Costco or the Extra Strength Magnesium 400mg at $14.99 180 soft gel! Can you tell me which is better between the two?
Hi Thomas. Thanks for your videos. I'm learning a lot. A family member has some Cirrhosis from years of NAFLD. Would any of these supplements be harmful to an already cirrhotic liver? Thanks!
Glad to see the Hawaiian astaxanthin there. One study said, "Here, we used C. elegans to study the molecular basis of the anti-aging effects of astaxanthin consumed by various organisms. Our results show that Astaxanthin extends C. elegans lifespan by 20%-40%. The effects on the lifespan seem specific to Astaxanthin, as other carotenoids tested here, including Zeaxanthin and Lycopene had no lifespan extension effects." If your FOX03 gene is active, you are three times more likely to live to be 100 years old. Astaxanthin activates the FOX03 gene, which lies dormant in 2/3rds of people. In one study, astaxanthin increased the activity of the FOX03 gene by 90% above the control group.
