Great explanations! I have herniations at L1-2 with some nerve impingement, L3-4 L4-5 with nerve impingement, and nerve impingement L5-S1. After multiple steroid injections at different levels including my right side SI joint over several years my back is mostly pain free m, but feels very unstable at times. I still get occasional nerve pain in both legs but it’s been tolerable now for about a year. Fingers crossed it stays this way for awhile. Not looking forward to the inevitable surgeries.
