It’s recommend to perform a 10-30 minute HIIT workout 2-3 times a week, with 24 hour rest in between HIIT workouts, in addition to other variety of fitness activities.
This treadmill workout video is 20 minutes of sprint training, going as hard as you can for 8 rounds of 30 seconds, spaced with 90 seconds of low intensity.
We start the treadmill workout with a 5 minute warm-up and finish the workout with a 3 minute cool-down. Please make sure you do both to reduce risk or injury!

So I did this today. Worked out after about a year. I threw up after 15 minutes couldn't complete it. I will be looking into more of your videos though. Really got my heart racing

I love your version since you put the music on the parts where we run. I looooove running but my cheap $150 treadmill went kaput when I ran on the highest speed with it. I've been running outside but with the lifted sidewalks around my area and nearly breaking my bony ass it's back inside the gym for me LOL. I love HIIT

I do it 3 times a week and I lost 20 kilos
I’m doing 6 x 19km speed, for 30 seconds each. I want to get to 10 or 12 x, and use it to train for the triathlon (the short one). I go to yoga, and do this session, and swim, but might try fit it in before yoga. It’s a great 20-30min session.
Question…Can you do this Hiit program 3 times a week twice a day?

My first time finding this workout. It was amazing and I'm feeling the after burn. Thank you Dr Kevin!
My speed is 4.5 to 5 because I'm recovering from a knee injury. I did 30 seconds at 4.5 or 5 and 30 seconds at 2. I was drenched. I'm proud because last year I couldn't walk on the treadmill at a speed over 2.5.

I honestly dont think standing still for 90 seconds is the best option. Are you not suppose to go down to atleast 2mph and do a nice steady walk to cool down?
